When your are ready to order a system, we will send you a sales contact and monitoring contract by email or USPS priority mail. These are standard industry contracts that list the equipment that we will be providing, and the scope of our dutys and services. There is no long term commitment to continue our service, you can cancel anytime without penalty.

Send back the contracts in the provided envelope along with a check or a credit card authorization form which we provided.

We will ship the system along with setup instructions to you via UPS. Plug the system in to an outlet and send a test signal to the 24 hour dispatchers.
